RMC is excited to offer flexible swim drop ins. Register for any of the following classes that are now open. (limited spots).

RMC Swim Flex Pass

Purchase a Flex Pass for 5 drop in swims for $100 + taxes

Class are designed for all triathletes wanting to improve technique, endurance, and speed.  There is a lane for every ability.  Participants can swim as much as they feel comfortable with.  The distance covered will depend on the swim set and individual skill levels. Swim tools (pull buoy, fins, kickboard, etc.) may be used but are not required.

At a minimum, participants should be able to swim 100 metres freestyle/ front crawl with their face in the water without stopping.

Conditions for Adult Swim Classes:

*No refunds, no exchanges, unless the pool closes for health or safety reasons.

**2025/2026 RMC and TriSask memberships are required to participate.
