RMC Training & Event Calendar
The RMC has a variety of training options to fit all skill levels and schedules. We try our best to make it easy and FUN for you to log those hours in the bank for the upcoming race season. Plus, you will get to know many of our awesome members while you sweat!
Triathlon is a sport for all people, of all skill levels. It is comprised of three disciplines: swim, bike and run. All you need is a swimsuit, bathing cap and goggles, a bike (any kind will do) and helmet, and running shoes. We at the RMC offer a variety of race distances to suit every skill level.
The Regina Multisport Club Junior Team was created in 2010 to provide youth in ages 7 to 18 the opportunity to participate in organized instruction and training sessions for multisport activities (i.e. swim, cycle, and run).
