Winter Training Sessions Opening Soon!

Swimming and Strength Training

The RMC is excited to bring back our swimming and strength training sessions this winter! With almost an identical offering to the Fall Sessions with the exception of Sunday morning swimming transitioning to a new location and time. Registration will be opening soon!

Weekly Snowshoeing!!!

Let's Talk Snowshoeing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every Saturday afternoon, Fresh Air Experience will send an employee out to White Butte to host weekly snowshoeing events for the RMC. It will start once we have enough snow. So, round up your friends and family and head over to White Butte for some fun in the fluffy white stuff! Things to bring: snowshoes, poles (if you use them), appropriate clothing for the conditions.

Dates: Once there is enough snow - until it melts
Time: Saturdays 1pm
Cost: FREE
*No memberships/insurance required.

Bikes with Disc Brakes: Allowed or Not?

Hi, all. I am the Sask Triathlon Association (STAC) Director of Officials. Over the last few months there has been a lot of discussion and concern about whether disk brakes on bikes would be allowed in triathlon competitions. This article is meant to inform all participants that are considering getting – or have already obtained – bikes with disk brakes (instead of caliper brakes) on a bike, and what that may mean for taking part in triathlons or duathlons that are within Saskatchewan and outside of the province.  Read more....
