Watch our social media closely for ride updates and cancellations.  We strongly encourage our membership to take advantage of our social media presence and use our resources to organize your own rides in addition to our regular training nights.

You must have a valid STAC membership to partake in the official RMC rides.

Registration is now OPEN for the Bumpy Bison Offraod Triathlon. 

Race registration for the See Dick Tri is set to open May 4, 2013 at Noon.

This year we continue with the Try-a-Tri distance that welcomes new athletes to the sport.  But the race director has also added an "Elite Heat" for men to have an all out grudge match against their friends!

The Regina Multisport Club is proud to introduce a brand new womens only race.  The Spoke n' Hot Womens Triathlon.

The race is a sprint distance triathlon held at Echo Lake Provincial Park.  See the race page for more info.

The Regina Multisport Club is looking for someone to be our new Safety
Support Vehicle Driver for the clubs Thursday Night group rides.

We are looking for someone who has a vehicle that you can put a bike or two
in/on, carry basic bike tools and flat repair items and how to use them,
knows first aid (an asset), knowledge of the ride routes, and would be
available every Thursday night from approx 6pm until the last rider is in
safely.

Did we mention you will receive $30 an hour as payment for your help?
