Triathlon Swim Fall 2021

RMC is pleased to be able to offer Adult Swim lessons again this fall!

5 weekly swim classes will be offered for the Sept – Dec 2021 Session; all held in the middle tank at the Lawson Aquatic Centre, 1717 Elphinstone St, Regina.

Patrick Ash will be back to coach the Sunday morning and Tuesday evening classes and Jason Cawkwell will coach on Thursday evenings.

Please note: All COVID-19 restrictions are currently lifted; however, RMC participants will be required to adhere to any new restrictions which may be required in the future as outlined by various entities including the City of Regina, Saskatchewan Health Authority, and Swim Sask.

Conditions for Adult Swim Classes:

*No refunds, no exchanges, unless the Lawson closes for health or safety reasons.

**2022 RMC and TriSask memberships are required to participate.

*** Minimum age requirement is 18 to participate.
