Join our ever energetic coaches Mark & Theresa Gibson of Spoke n' Hot for indoor cycling at Harbour Landing School (4419 James Hill Road) & St Martin de Porres Parish (4720 Castle Road). We will be offering sessions on Wednesdays at 6 to 7:30 PM and Saturdays from 8 to 10 AM. This training is great for experienced cyclists and for people who are new to indoor cycling.
