Brent was an active participant in the Regina Multisport Club and helped to co-found the club. He also spent many hours volunteering his time to train adults, kids and organize races. Triathlon Saskatchewan AGM and Awards Event

Rookie of the Year First up, Natalia Kolesova was awarded 2017 Rookie of the Year! Nata is a dedicated athlete who trains with our junior team. She comes from a swimming background and started racing triathlon this past year. She was one of the top 3 female triathletes in Saskatchewan in her first year and represented Sask at Canada games. She also won the sprit distance triathlon at Riding Mountain. We are very proud to have such a dedicated and talented athlete on our team! Congrats Nata! Learn to Biathlon

The Regina Multisport Club has joined forces with Fresh Air Experience and the Qu'Appelle Valley Nordic Club to host an event where you can try out the sport of Biathlon with no previous experience. The event is also open to anyone. You do not need to be affiliated with any clubs or organizations to sign up. ​ Fresh Air Experience and the folks from the Qu'Appelle Valley Nordic Club will be providing ski lessons and thorough instruction on rifle safety and use. Yes, you will be able to use their rifle range. Yes, you will be skiing around a biathlon course, but no, you will not be slinging the rifle onto your back and skiing like a Canadian Olympic Biathlete. Rifles will be provided by the

Spoke n' Hot Women's Only Triathlon Registration Now Open!

Sponsored by Spoke n’ Hot Women’s Cycling, this race takes place at Echo Lake Provincial Park on June 17th. Geared towards all levels of athletes, this race includes a 750m open water swim at the main beach, a 20k bike ride around the lake and a 5k run on the beautiful park trails. The race also offers a modified Try-a-Tri distance which is a 375m swim, 20k bike, 3k run. A special feature of this race is our Swim Angels. If you are nervous about the swim, these experienced ‘angels’ will swim alongside you and guide you through the course.
