INDOOR CYCLING

The RMC is proud to offer members a great indoor cycling program and brick intervals put together by Theresa and Mark Gibson.

The training is designed to help improve your overall cycling ability and prepare you for next race season. We will work on hill climbing, aerobic power, endurance and interval training all to simulate riding outdoors. We will perform threshold testing so that everyone can work at their own fitness level. And be prepared to master your runs off the bike as we do short run intervals on Saturday. Do all this while having fun training with your friends!

You will need to bring your bike, your trainer, your running shoes and a towel. A heart rate monitor and cadence meter would also be recommended.

Winter Indoor Cycling 2019-2020

Our indoor cycling program is offered two days a week. Buy a “once weekly” pass or the “all access” to join us as many times as you like.

 

This group is great for people who are new to indoor cycling and for seasoned riders. There is plenty of opportunity to tailor the workout to individual abilities, and to challenge your badass self!

  • Location: Harbour Landing School - 4419 James Hill Rd (Saturday)

    • Saint Martin’s Parish Hall - 4720 Castle Rd (Wednesday)

  • Dates: October 26 through December 14, 2019

  • Ride Times (set up starts approx. 30 min in advance):

    • Wednesdays - 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

    • Saturdays - 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

  • Cost:

    • 1x/week - ​$65

    • All Access - $85

**A 2020 RMC membership  is required to participate.

***You must also have a valid 2020 TriSask or SCA membership to participate.
