Cross Country Running Program

September 9th - October 19th (6 weeks) 

For athletes ages 10 and up who are wanting to improve running form and fitness for cross country running season.  Athletes will be grouped based on ability and maturity and not age alone. 

Training Times

  • Monday   4:15-5:30pm    Douglas Park Track 

  • Wednesday   4:15-5:30pm    Douglas Park Track 

  • Saturday  10:30-11:45am   Douglas Park Track 


  • Sept 14th   Cougar Trot    Regina 

  • Sept 28th   Sled Dog    Saskatoon 

  • Oct 19th  Age Group Provincials  Yorkton

6 Week Investment is:

  • $95 for 1 class per week Includes RMC T shirt 

  • $145 for 2 classes per week Includes RMC T shirt

  • $198 for 3 classes per week Includes RMC T shirt
