We have some exciting news about the 2012 Buffalo Pound Xterra. First you will notice two dates, we have added a trail run to this years event (June 9 )which will offer a 5.4k run and a 14k run. The 5.4k run will be on the new “Joe’s Loop” made especially for this event; this course will be 100% trail. The 14k run will follow the bike course which the ½ distance bikers will use in the triathlon, plus, “Joe’s Loop”. This course has about 400m of gravel road, the rest will be all trail.

The Annual RMC AGM is Saturday, November 5, 6pm until 8pm at the Italian Club (2148 Connaught St).

We don't get the chance to get together very often so let's make the most of this one night.
We're planning on having the Sugoi Fit Kit here for our Club clothing and we will have all the local service providers(Coaches,Gym's etc.)in attendance.

Anna from the Italian Club will be supplying Pizza and their incredible lasagna. We'll even offer you a glass of wine with your meal.

Our Club is doing well, but we need input from our members to make sure we stay on the right track. Come on out,see what we're up to. And if you're new to our Club it's a great way to make some friends. BTW, we have a full complement of Board members so you will not be asked to volunteer for anything, unless you want to!

On behalf of the Regina Multisport Club Sean Kukura is offering Indoor training for
cyclists, triathletes and anyone wanting to gain cycling skills and improve
his/her fitness. It doesn't matter if you are an experienced or inexperienced
rider.

Sessions are Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00-9:30 a.m. and on Tuesdays from
7-8:30 p.m., beginning on November 5th, 2011 and finishing on April 3rd, 2012.

Lakeview School Gymnasium, 3100 20th Ave.

The program is broken down into units that will begin by developing your
pedaling technique and cadence and then move to strengthen your aerobic
capacity; the goal is to get you in the best condition to begin the outdoor
season.

The first unit works on power, strength and cadence, developing a strong
foundation for the year. The second unit focuses on climbing, both technique
and physical abilities. The third unit will develop your time trialing ability.
The fourth unit puts all this together to build up your aerobic power.
