Then Regina Multisport Club is looking for you.  The club wants to know if you'd be interested in participating in the first ever all men's introductory triathlon in support of breast cancer research.

To change your automated password:

1. Click on the FORUMS link on the top navigation
2. Select MY PROFILE
3. Hover over the EDIT button at the top and centre of the screen. This will reveal editting options for your user profile.
4. In this screen, you can change your password, add images, post items to the forum, etc.

The beginner swim training has sold out, but there are still spots available in the intermediate classes.  On-line registration for these training sessions is open. 

Spin sessions began on November 21 and continue to May 1st. There will be no sessions during Spring Break/Easter. Sessions starts at 7 a.m. at Level 10 on Massey Road. Please arrive a little earlier to set up.
